My name is Paul and I was recently diagnosed with Pleomorphic Undifferentiated Sarcoma. I'm on the older side of the group (48) but to be honest, cancer sucks no matter what the age! My tumor (the size of a flattened golfball) was removed from my side with a couple of narrow margins so I'm beginning 2 months of radiation treatments on Monday. Perhaps more daunting, I will be finding out my recommended "cancer diet" tomorrow. I am determined to eat whatever I'm told to thwart this stuff.
I've been reading posts and have to say that I've been encouraged by the bravery, courage, and honesty displayed by everyone, even in the darkest times. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and words.
