About a month ago I got diagnosed with B-cell ALL and immediately went from feeling fine to being in the hospital for a solid month. I'm finally getting to go home for a bit soon in between the steps of my treatment, and while I'm very excited and motivated, I'm also really anxious and afraid of life on the outside. What are some things that help in making this transition? Even if it's just things I can have in my house that will help, or relaxation techniques for when I feel overwhelmed, it would really help to know how other people cope with this.
I worry that without all the vigilance and support that I've had that I'll fall apart, even though I have a great support system waiting for me.
