Takeover Weekends
In 2023, Stupid Cancer introduced our “Takeover Weekend” program to build community locally, as well as offer enhanced in-person social support and resources to individuals at every stage of their cancer journey.
This weekend of social and educational events is designed specifically for Adolescents and Young Adults (AYAs) to make cancer suck less. These events are open to AYA patients and survivors, their families, caregivers, and service providers. Coming to a city near you!

Storytelling Open Mic

Discussion Session

Join us for a discussion about hope – it’s not just a four letter word! Connect with other AYAs on shared experiences regarding the spectrum of hope, including toxic positivity, feeling hopeless, and everything in between.
Bowling Meetup
Saturday, June 22, 6:00 – 7:00 PM MT
Join us for a strikingly fun bowling meetup with Stupid Cancer! Roll in for a night of pins, strikes, and more as we knock down barriers and build connections with your local AYA’s!
