Chair Dancing for Beginners

Join cancer survivor and pole dance instructor Amanda Brunson for a fun, sexy workout! Since you probably don't have a pole in your living room, this beginner-level demo will teach you the basics using floor work and chair dancing. It's a great way to participate in our February Fitness Challenge. Come sweat and laugh with us...and maybe learn some fun moves to use this Valentine's weekend. 😉


Fitness at Home for Beginners
Time: Friday, February 19 at 3:00 pm ET

Who wants to go to a gym in a pandemic? If you've set some fitness goals but are having trouble getting motivated, join survivor and cancer exercise specialist Casey Head for an at home workout that will get you off the couch (at least for a little while). It's a great way to participate in our February Fitness Challenge. If you’ve got a body and want to move that body, then come and move it together with us at this live workout.


Staying Active in Treatment
Time: Thursday, January 14 at 4:00 pm ET

We know that staying active is important for health, but for some it can be a struggle to exercise even during the best times... How are you supposed to stay active during cancer treatment?! Join this webinar to hear from fitness expert and cancer survivor Beau Whitman, who will provide guidance and answer questions about how to get your body moving safely. (But of course, consult your doctor before beginning any exercise regimen.)
