Caregiver Stress & Burnout

This session will give practical tools and strategies for managing stress and avoiding burnout for caregivers.
Cooking for One Made Easy

Stop avoiding your kitchen and give the delivery guy a break! Join Chef Ryan, from Cooking for Chemo, for this special 90-minute cooking class and information session. Learn how flavor and your sense of taste can be impacted by cancer treatment and what you might want to consider when cooking after cancer. Then we'll cook a delicious, simple meal that can be easily portioned for future meals and turned into exciting leftovers. Your tummy will thank you!
Fitness at Home for Beginners

Who wants to go to a gym in a pandemic? If you've set some fitness goals but are having trouble getting motivated, join survivor and cancer exercise specialist Casey Head for an at home workout that will get you off the couch (at least for a little while). It's a great way to participate in our February Fitness Challenge. If you’ve got a body and want to move that body, then come and move it together with us at this live workout.
