HOW DO I LOG ON?

The Virtual Lobby will open at 8:30 am PST on Saturday, December 5. Head over to ppc.stupidcancersummit.org and log in using the email address and password you created at registration. Don’t worry, you can reset your password if you’ve forgotten it.

WHAT DO I DO AT A VIRTUAL EVENT?

After exploring the Virtual Lobby, grab your coffee and click over to the Main Stage to join presentations and discussion sessions. For presentations, your camera will be off and you’ll only see the speakers. For discussion sessions, you’ll have your camera on and the ability to see everyone face-to-face. Check out our agenda in advance to decide which breakout sessions and conversations you want to attend. You can also meet and chat with other attendees in our Chat Lounge or via private 1:1 text chats.

WHAT DO I NEED?

It’s best to log in from a laptop or computer, rather than a phone or tablet. To avoid any technical issues during the day, we strongly encourage you to download zoom or update to the most recent version on whatever device you’ll be using. (Not sure if you have the latest version? Here’s how to check.) If you do run into tech problems, you can submit a ticket and a support person will get back to you right away.
