AYA Cancer Chronicles (Part 5): Living with Metastatic Cancer

Join us for Part V of this series highlighting the experiences of adolescent/young adult patients and caregivers affected by cancer. In Part V, we will focus on AYAs living with a metastatic cancer diagnosis and the unique challenges that often arise. This panel-style workshop will illuminate the stories of AYAs and will be moderated by CancerCare oncology social workers.

This program intends to provide adolescent/young adult (AYA) patients and caregivers with a safe platform to share their personal and unique experiences with cancer. The hope is to bring awareness to the specific challenges YA cancer patients and caregivers face daily, in turn, reducing feelings of isolation and creating a sense of community.
