IRL Meetup: Sunset Yoga in NYC!

Join us for a relaxing evening of Sunset Yoga in Brooklyn at Prospect Park! Hosted by Programs and Communication Intern Adi and our wonderful instructor Carlene, we’ll gather for a gentle sunset yoga session designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself and others in the AYA cancer community. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome. After the yoga session, enjoy refreshments and casual conversations with other AYAs! Please bring your own yoga mat, as mats will not be provided. This is a chance to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with AYA community members in a supportive and welcoming space. Namaste 🧘
