Want to help someone have the life changing experience of attending CancerCon Live?

CancerCon is THE gathering for the adolescent and young adult cancer community. Each year, we bring together hundreds of patients, survivors, advocates and health professionals to learn, share, and build community.

CancerCon is my home away from home. It is one place that I feel like me and don't have to pretend to be  something that I am not or worry about being judged by others. My CancerCon community is my second family.

- Jessica
I came by myself and was immediately embraced by this community. It's a safe space that's completely free of  judgement, made up of other people who get it. I've felt more myself in the past few days than I have since my  diagnosis- I didn't even realize how much I needed it! I'm so lucky that I've found my people.

-Christina
As soon as I arrived, I felt at home with no worries or shame. Without this I wouldn’t have been able to find a  strong community and build awesome friendships

-Jorge
"As a first-time attendee, it has definitely lived up to the hype. This has been a very meaningful, positive and uplifting experience."

-Joel
"Digital CancerCon literally changed my life. I'll be forever grateful. Love to all of you!"

Not at all! In fact, a lot of attendees come alone and every year, about 60% of CancerCon attendees are first-timers. This is an experience that will not only connect you to critical resources, but also to each other. So whether you’re planning to come solo or with a crew, you’re guaranteed to make meaningful connections or even leave with a new best friend.

We know that COVID is still a concern for many in our immunocompromised community. However, as the overall COVID landscape has improved considerably over the last year, we will not require documentation of vaccinations or a negative test to attend CancerCon Live 2024. Masks and tests will be widely available throughout the conference; attendees are encouraged but not required to test and mask as appropriate.
